How do I look after my jewellery?

We want your beautiful jewellery to last forever, so here’s a couple of hints and tips to keep your jewellery shining bright! Always remove your jewellery when in contact with water – showering, swimming, bathing and not forgetting when you apply body lotion or perfume. Gold Vermeil Jewellery hates getting wet or any form of moisture!

For our Gold Vermeil styles, you may notice these naturally tarnish with time. We have applied an anti-tarnish coating for longer wear but if you do notice tarnishing then you can clean with your soft, lint-free cloth included with each purchase. 

Each order comes with our handy jewellery care card if you need any further information.

 

Do you ship to my country?

We ship free of charge with all our UK orders with standard tracked delivery (3-5 working days).

Unfortunately, as we find our feet, we only ship within the UK. If you are outside of the UK and have already placed an order, we are of course happy to refund you the full amount.

 

Can I return my order?

Of course! You have 14 days from receipt to return your order to us. Please refer to our returns and refunds page for further details. Please email us first before sending your return so we know to expect it. 

 

What should I do if I have problems placing my order?

What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived? 


We will email you once your jewels have been dispatched. If you haven't received goods within specified time of delivery requested please email info@taylorrosejewellery.co.uk. Given the current circumstances we recommend getting in touch if you have not received your parcel within 10 days of dispatch.

 

What should I do if my purchase is damaged in transit?

While every effort is made to protect your purchase, if goods are damaged when you receive them, then please contact us at info@taylorrosejewellery.co.uk, alternatively details can be found on the Contact Us page.

 

Do you share my personal information?

We take GDPR procedures very seriously. Your personal information isn't supplied to any third parties and your details will be kept confidential. No third parties have access to our customer or VIP members list. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
