Returns And Refunds

All items bought online should be returned to us within 14 days from receipt of your goods with the below returns form included. Please email us first before sending your return so we know to expect it. Returns outside of the 14 period will not be accepted. We are only able to accept returns on items which are sent back unworn with no signs of visible wear and in their original packaging. For hygiene purposes we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless faulty.

Unfortunately we do not cover the postage of items returned for a refund. We advise you send back secure delivery as we do not take responsibility for missing items. We will email you once the item has been received.

Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and the item returned to the customer.

Once we have received your return and the item has been checked we aim to process your refund within 14 days. All refunds will be credited to the original payment card. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty items

We sincerely apologise if any of your items are faulty. Our jewellery is very delicate, therefore on rare occasions an item can be faulty. Our team will be happy to assist you in any way. Please contact us on info@taylorrosejewellery.co.uk before returning your item to us so that our team can advise you on next steps and time frame for replacement or refund.
